    "In our first introduction to Joe Cuchiara he was representing our daughter and son-in-law attempting to buy their first home. We were asked to give our opinion of a house they were considering and Joe was present as we walked through.   As we asked questions or had concerns about the property,  it was apparent Joe possessed real-estate knowledge based on years of experience.   We continued to hear about Joe via our daughter as they navigated their way through the contract process and were highly impressed with how he represented her and our son-in-law to the seller’s agent, including throughout the home inspection process.
    We purchased our first home in 1990 and since that time have bought and sold 7 houses, ranging from $85K to over $1 million. Frankly, over the years we’d become somewhat cynical about realtors as it seems many simply think their work stops once they’ve put your house onto the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).   This is not the case with Joe and we cannot emphasize that enough!    He is always professional not only with his clients, but also with buyer/seller agents and there’s no doubt in our mind or experience that we’d not have made it to closing were it not for Joe’s ability to be a calm, knowledgeable advisor to us when emotions ran high. We have used Joe for our two most recent home sale transactions, and we continue to work with Joe as we are looking to buy or build a new home.   He is always prompt to respond to texts and email questions and requests, and he’s never made us feel that we’ve been a burden even though oftentimes we’re contacting him on short notice.  Another way Joe distinguishes himself from other realtors we’ve worked with is he takes complete ownership of the entire contract process…managing inspection schedules, deadlines, even some of the inspection resolution tasks.  This took such a significant burden off us and really helped streamline the entire process. Without question, we would recommend Joe as a realtor and have already done so on several occasions."

    "By the time we met Joe, we had been through 5 (yes, five!) realtors. Those we had tried to work with either wanted a signed contract, ignored phone calls, gave bad advice, or were just plain lazy. The fact that we were thoroughly frustrated was an understatement. Joe exceeded our expectations from the start. Joe earned our loyalty and respect by being the kind of Realtor every Realtor should be. He didn't waste our time by showing us houses we didn't want or weren't qualified to buy. Whenever something needed to be signed, researched, or completed, he was on top of it. When it came time to finalize our loan, he gave us very valuable information and advice. On top of all this, we were never treated like we were just "business." Joe actually cares about his clients. There was one house in particular that we were interested in, but Joe told us he would rather see us in a different house. I am NOT looking forward to the day Joe retires (he might like it, though!). To be honest, I'm scared that I will never find another Realtor as impressive as Joe. We have recommended him to everybody we know who needs a Realtor (and will continue to do so) without a second thought. We were truly blessed to have Joe as our Realtor (and we're not done yet!) and I have no doubt that he will work as hard for you as he did for us."

    "WOW... that word is the only way to describe Joe. His abilities as a Real Estate Agent and a human being demand a longer list. I readily admit I am very biased towards Joe, as our relationship dates back to 1987, before he was in Real Estate and was the owner of a bicycle business. I did as much business as I could with Joe as his personality and acumen were then and are now second to none. When it came time to buy a house after college, my wife and I found a patient and intelligent soul in Joe who was able to listen and provide us the best choice for our home buying situation. His extensive knowledge and networking also made the whole process much easier as he had great lenders and inspectors that we could trust as much as him to recommend for us. He even turned us onto a great carpet cleaner. It is one matter to pull out a business card and hand it to someone without a thought, but, I know Joe never tells or does anything he himself would not utilize. I have recommended several people to Joe that are as equally impressed as I am. Joe's calm and non-pushy demeanor should be the paradigm for Real Estate Agents everywhere and not the exception. There may be better out there, but I do not think any of us will live long enough to find them."
