First of all, and most importantly, I'm a husband to a beautiful wife and a father to three wonderful sons. Colorado Springs has been my home for over 47 years and I don't plan on changing that! 

Many years ago, I owned and operated a bicycle shop in Colorado Springs. The experience of owning a business at a very young age taught me many things, and perhaps one of the greatest things is that relationships are an essential component to the growth and health of not only a business, but an individual as well. During early business ownership, I found that I enjoyed meeting new people and learning about who they are, what makes them tick, and hopefully forging personal friendships and business associations.

This has been the cornerstone of my real estate business today.

I stand by the concept that listening to understand is far superior to speaking. A byproduct of listening is patience – something that is equally essential to forming a trusting relationship.

Outside of business, I enjoy running and have enjoyed completing a few half-marathons, and I frequently run 5k and 10k races locally. I enjoy the excitement and social aspects of gathering with like-minded individuals pushing themselves to their personal best.  Running, for me, is also a time to clear the mind, get some fresh air and relieve stress. I also enjoy golf (when I play well!) and spending time with friends and family.
